NFL Commissoner Roger Goodell will take a voluntary paycut for 2009, slicing his salary by about $2 million according to Michael McCarthy of USA Today. Goodell, 49, will also take a pay cut in fiscal 2008, which ends March 31. Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Warren Sapp has been fined $5,000 by the league for a below-the-knee hit on Miami quarterback Trent Green Sunday, while Chicago Bears defensive back Corey Graham was hit with a $7,500 fine for a “horse-collar” tackle.
