CORRECTIONS

March 15, 2009

In our NFL Quick Hits, we incorrectly listed Mario Reyes –the pedestrian tragically killed in a car accident linked to Dante Stallworth– as age 49. Reyes was 59.

March 4, 2009

In “Free Agency Quick Hits – Day 6″ we reported that running back LaMont Jordan had signed a two-year, $2.5 million contract with the New England Patriots. Jordan, in fact, signed with the Broncos. The error, however, was only visible for about five minutes, after I proof-read the post and realized I was an idiot.

March 2, 2009

In our post on March 2, regarding the Washington Redskins releasing Jason Taylor, we incorrectly posted that the St. Louis Rams had released Taylor. My defense for this mistake was that I was posting two stories, essentially, at the same time– and I just messed up. But I left the error there anyway in an attempt at humor.

Nov. 4, 2007

For the Nov. 4 matchups, I had posted the Titans v. Raiders, when in actuality it was the Texans v. Raiders. I have now, thanks to Sheila, corrected the error.

Sept. 24, 2007

On Sept. 23 we reported that the roster exemption for Oakland Raiders QB JaMarcus Russell would end Sept. 26. Actually, the exemption expires Sept. 24.
